That was yours?

I can't believe we've been in Arizona for over two months already.

Here's what's been going on with us.

Brad started school

You can probably tell he was thrilled to take this picture. But, he's been doing extremely well and is really liking Midwestern!

I started a new job
I got a job as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator at a dental office 5 minutes down the road. I feel like I'm really starting to catch on to the position and am excited that I'll have some background when Brad becomes a dentist!

Our scooter was stolen

I can't say I'm that sad to see this thing go. Especially because it woke me and our entire apartment complex up every morning because it was so loud. What's even more awkward is when Brad was telling a friend who he studies with (who also lives in our complex) how his scooter was stolen, the guy responded with "wait, that was yours?!" Awkward.

I spent a weekend in Utah visiting friends and spending time with the Earl girls!

Miss you Annette!

My first Pinterest Projects

Yup, it's official. I love Pinterest. I guess this is what happens when your husband is always studying. This wreath was my first project and it turned out better than I (and Brad) thought it would.

From this...

To this!

My second project was glitter pumpkins for Halloween! I'm not sure if I'll ever go back to carving after having so much fun decorating these with two girls from my ward. I think Brad was just excited that I didn't get glitter all over the apartment (if he only knew my plans for glitter Christmas decorations...)

Vegas weekend

I can finally say that I have family out West now! I seriously can't describe how excited I am to have my sister Amanda and her family only 5 hours away from us. It was so much fun spending the weekend in Vegas with my family and helping them get settled!

Love this little girl!

Weekend with mom!

Not only did I get to see my family in Vegas, but my mom also came to spend a week in Arizona with us. It was so much fun just relaxing and going to the pool and spending some much needed mom time.

Out to dinner!

I'm so happy I finally have a porch that I can put flowers on!

Enjoying the Arizona weather

It's no wonder that so many people love Arizona. Brad and I have definitely been taking advantage of the weather!

Brad on our bike ride

I wouldn't be a true Arizonan if I didn't get a picture in front of a giant cactus.

Sitting by the pond near our apartment.

Happy Halloween!
